Tim has over 20 years of real estate experience specialising in central London office investment and development acquisitions/disposals.
Prior to joining LS Estates, Tim was a Senior Director in CBRE’s central London investment team, based in the City of London where he worked for a variety of clients including UK Institutions and property companies, private high net worth individuals and international clients with a particular focus on Hong Kong. Tim has a degree in Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and is a Member of the RICS

Tim joined LS Estates in 2023 as Managing Director of Transactions.
